FRENCH LITERATURE OF THE XIXth CENTURY

 The seminar will consist in analyzing  more in detail  some aspects of the French literature from the end of the XVIIIth to the the early XXth century, especially as shown in the memories of famous writers (Balzac, Flaubert, Hugo,  Cros, Schwob). Selected texts will be read and commented, and students shall present chapters of their M.A. theses. 

Credit  assiduity, submission of M.A. theses till the end of the term.

 

The bibliography will be indicated during the academic year.

The programme, including the description of particular courses, is the same both for full-time studies and for part-time studies.
