FRENCH TOWNS SINCE THE MIDDLE AGES UNTIL THE END OF THE XVIIth CENTURY

The ancient French towns shown through  their plans, their architecture, their authorities, their inhabitants, their everyday's life, their economy and culture, on the example of Arras in the XIIIth century , Paris in the XVth, Lyon in the XVIth and Rouen in the XVIIth.
