Extramural Studies
It is possible to obtain a master certificate in French language or literature after two and a half year's Master Extramural Studies (MUSZ).
There is no entrance examinations.
The candidate must only submit (signed with his name and address) between the 3rd of July and the 18th of September 2006 the following documents:
- an official copy of the Bachelor's certificate,
- a short account (one A4 page) of the Bachelor's thesis : the name of the university, the title of the thesis, the name of the promoter, the resume in French,
- the credit book (the original or an official copy),
- the motion,
- for persons working in schools: certificate of emplyment,
- the diplomas ans certificate on formation in French,
- 4 photographs,
- a receipt of payment of the 80 PLN entrance fee on the University's account,
personally, in the office room of the Institute for French Studies, Oboźna 8, room 122 or 124, 1st floor, from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., or send them to the following address:

The candidates are asked to register in the Candidate Internet Registration - URL: http://irk.uw.edu.pl.
The session of the Admitting Committee will take place on the 20th and the 21st of September 2006. The Committee (composed of the Head of MUSZ and two teachers form the IFS) will evaluate the resume of the thesis and take into account the marks in the credit book and the mark on the bachelor's certificate.
The results will be announced on the 22nd of September.
The priority in being admitted (with the same number of points collected) belongs to teachers and bachelors of the high schools tutored by the Warsaw University.
The classes take place on Friday (from 4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.) and on Saturdays (from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.).
The fee is over 2000 PLN per term. The teachers recommended by the department of education may receive a subsidy.
